Rental Options

Option 1 - One (1) day rental - includes use of room, rectangle tables with chairs and cold kitchen. Rental Cost: $600.00 Security Deposit: $180.00

Option 2 - Two (2) day rental - includes use of room, rectangle tables with chairs and cold kitchen. Rental Cost: $1,155.00 Security Deposit: $350.00

Option 3 - WEEKDAYS ONLY- Monday - Thursday (excludes Bingo Events) – Hourly rental (Min of 2 hours) - includes use of room, rectangular tables with chairs. Hourly Rate: $75.00 Security Deposit: $50.00

Maximum 200-person capacity

Add-In Options:

Kegerator (must be tapped by AFRS): $125.00

Bingo machine and Sound System: $125.00

Bingo caller: $150.00

Hot Kitchen (Stove/Oven and Steam table): $75.00

Round tables: $12.00/table

Security Deposit must be received at the time of contract signing to secure the desired date and times. Security Deposit will be refunded to Lessee within 30 days after rental, given there is no damage and appropriate clean up by Lessee. Balance of rental is due 30 days before the scheduled date of the event. There are no refunds within 30 days of the scheduled event.
